How can I pay for my order?
Currenty accepting: MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. I also accept payment via Paypal & Venmo

I received the wrong product, what should I do?
Please reach out and contact me as soon as you receive your order and I will rectify the mistake as soon as possible.

How can I determine my size?
For the most accurate results, have someone else measure you. Also, make sure the tape measure is held snugly and firmly (not tightly) against your body and is always parallel to the floor for circumference measurements. Remember to wear proper undergarments.
Please be mindful that all sizing varies between different brands and styles. All product description information can visibly be seen, located to the right side of the product image. Furthermore, unless otherwise specified, all product sizing is in inches and those measurements are  taken with the item lying completely flat.

Do your prices include sales tax? 
My prices are not inclusive of sales tax. This tax will be added automatically at the checkout for California customers.

How long does shipping take? 
All orders from my website ship within three business days. Full shipping details can be found on the shipping tab.

Can I return clothing that doesnt fit? 
Unfortunately due to health and safety precautions, once the merchandise has been on your body it will deem the product as non-refundable. I strongly encorage going through the proper protocol to obtain your precise measurements so that you can submit accurate sizing when placing your order.

Can I place my order over the phone or through any of your social media platforms? At this time, this is an independent venture and is unable to take orders over the phone. Orders can be placed through the website. Order placement is also available through TikTok Shop or Instagram?!?

How do I cancel or change my order?
 
How do I check the status of my order? 
You will be notified to the email you provided at the time of checkout, with all of your confirmation details, including tracking numbers. Mobile text and email 'Update Notifications' can be scheduled when you register your tracking details to the carrier provider's website.
